Service Description

Our small group classes are designed to give you focused movement, real coaching, and a connected community experience. Capped at just 6 to 8 participants, every class offers the energy of group training without sacrificing the attention and space you need to move well and feel supported. These sessions are intentionally programmed to help you build strength, improve mobility, increase cardiovascular health, and reconnect with your body — all while staying consistent and inspired in your routine. We currently offer a range of class styles to support different needs and energy levels: BoxHIIT A high-intensity blend of boxing, functional strength, and cardio conditioning. You’ll move through pad work, bodyweight circuits, and core-focused drills that challenge endurance, build power, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Great for stress relief, strength, and sweat. Flexibility & Mobility This slower-paced session is focused on improving joint health, posture, and range of motion. Through active stretching, movement prep, and breath work, you’ll reduce stiffness, increase body awareness, and feel more ease in your everyday movement. Ideal for recovery, injury prevention, and deeper movement quality. Zumba A dance-based cardio class that’s as fun as it is effective. Move to Latin-inspired rhythms in a feel-good atmosphere that boosts mood, coordination, and heart health. No dance experience required — just show up, move freely, and enjoy yourself. Yoga Flow Breathe, move, and realign through a guided sequence that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. With a focus on mindfulness and breath-led movement, this class helps you release tension, improve posture, and restore connection between body and mind. No matter which class you choose, our small group format allows for modifications, personal feedback, and a comfortable pace that supports your goals — whether you're just getting started, coming back from an injury, or building on your current fitness level.
